This drill is called straight on shooting series. You will start directly in front of the rim and work your way back to the top of the key. You need to make two shots before moving back to the next spot. There are a total of four positions for this drill: low paint, high paint, free throw, and top of the key. In this drill remain low and have confidence in your shot. Hold that follow through, exaggerate it every time. Always have confidence in your shot.
